I am a Mexican-American woman, continuously on the
hyphen as I navigate liminal spaces and negotiate borders.
A pocha- y que?
I am an educational leader, a published scholar, author, coach
and mentor. Always seeking to improve our world in many
little ways.
I will design keynotes, welcomes, learning sessions for your
organization as you seek to understand the cultural wealth
within the Latino/a/x community. I will mentor and coach and
listen in ways that identify the highest future potential self.
"I have worked with Dr. Fabiola Bagula within the
scope of leadership, equity, and cultural proficiency. I knew in our initial meeting, through what she was
passionate about, that she was a woman I wanted to
learn from as I carved my own leadership path.
Fabiola has been instrumental in helping me transition
to my new role as a school administrator that
affects meaningful community change.
She helped me to understand my strengths, weaknesses,
and areas where I could improve. She is an
incredible listener and she connects with people in a
very authentic way.
She asks powerful questions that reach below surface
level and evoke solutions to real-world problems.
She tactfully points out what might be the root
cause and becomes an active thought partner. As a
new administrator, I’m grateful for her coaching."
